Returns

Non-Returnable Items

- Products without original packaging.
- Items returned after the allowed return period.
Refund Process

Exchange Policy
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we can offer:

Cash on Delivery Orders
For COD orders, customers must verify the product upon delivery whenever possible. Refusing orders without a valid reason may affect future purchases.
Return Shipping
- If the mistake is from our side, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the customer changes their mind, return shipping fees may apply.
